The Italian coffee makerMonix Braisogona_M620001 is a classic moka pot made of aluminium, designed to easily and quickly prepare up to 1 cup of espresso at home. Its compact and lightweight design of around 210 g makes it ideal for daily use or for people living alone. Made of aluminium with a matt finish in silver / steel tones, it combines good heat conductivity with a sober look and resistance to frequent use. The cylindrical inner boiler is designed to facilitate cleaning, with a silicone gasket and an exclusive Isogona non-stick interior coating that helps protect the aluminium from constant contact with water, improves hygiene and extends the coffee maker’s service life. Its special base for ceramic hobs makes it suitable for all common household cookers such as electric, gas and ceramic, with only induction hobs excluded, offering good versatility of use. It includes a safety valve that regulates pressure inside the boiler during brewing, increasing safety against possible overpressure. The thick bakelite handle and knob have a reinforced design with high heat resistance, improving grip and making the pot easier to handle when hot. To preserve performance and finish, this coffee maker is not dishwasher safe; hand washing with water and mild detergent is recommended, avoiding abrasive scourers. Thanks to its single-cup size, materials and functional design, this Monix Italian coffee maker is a practical solution for those who want a concentrated, aromatic coffee in a one-cup format with a durable, easy-to-maintain utensil.

Coffee and tea equipment

Rinse after each use so coffee oils and tea tannins do not build up.
Take apart filters, plungers and infusers to clean them, and let every part dry before reassembling.
Descale regularly if you live in a hard-water area.
Let glass and ceramic cool before washing to avoid cracking.

Non-stick coatings

Cook on a low to medium heat.
Use wooden or silicone tools and a soft sponge. Metal tools and scourers wear the coating.

If the product or its packaging gives its own care instructions, follow those first.
