Utensils and prep tools

Wash tools soon after use so food does not dry on.
Dry metal tools fully before putting them away.
Keep wooden and silicone tools away from direct heat sources such as hob rings and grill elements.

Wood

Hand wash and dry upright. Do not soak or put wood in the dishwasher.
Rub with food-safe mineral oil now and then to stop the wood drying out.

If the product or its packaging gives its own care instructions, follow those first.
