Pans and pots
- Let a hot pan cool before washing it. Plunging hot metal into cold water can warp the base.
- Heat gradually on a burner that matches the size of the base, and never leave an empty pan on a high heat.
- Use wooden, silicone or nylon tools on coated surfaces.
- Check the product details for dishwasher and oven limits, and follow the lower figure if the pan and its lid differ.
Wood
- Hand wash and dry upright. Do not soak or put wood in the dishwasher.
- Rub with food-safe mineral oil now and then to stop the wood drying out.
- Dispatch
- Orders leave our fulfilment warehouse in Spain within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery to the UK
